Delivery Charges

For all orders under £25 delivery is charged at £3.95 and is made via Royal mail, (this excludes some items which are oversize or Fragile, any exempt orders will be sent via UK MAIL).

For all orders over £25 delivery is charged at £5.95 and is made via UK MAIL.

For all orders over £75 delivery is FREE to UK MAINLAND (except Scottish Highlands
& Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles which are all charged at £15)

 

Delivery Times*

We carry stock of a lot of our products and these are dispatched either the same day or the following day. However, at Brassworks we offer a huge range of products and due to this we cannot always stock every product, please contact if you require the item urgently.

If your order contains a range of items, the order will be dispatched together in one consignment. The dispatch date will be based on the item with the longest lead time. You can place the orders separately if you wish to do so.

We dispatch orders on weekdays only, excluding bank holidays. If you have placed your order online, you will receive an email confirming your order. When the order is dispatched you will receive another email confirming dispatch of your item. This email will contain the tracking information.

Once we have your full order in stock, orders under £25 are sent via royal mail first class, (no signature required).

Once we have your full order in stock, orders over £25 will be sent via UK MAIL courier service (UK mainland next day service, other areas are on 2-3 day service).  

The delivery charge comprises of any admin costs associated with the packaging and dispatch of your order.

If you wish you can leave special delivery instructions when you go through the checkout process. Our Couriers will also try and contact you prior to the delivery to advise you of an estimated delivery time, and to allow you to respond with any specific delivery instructions. If you do not leave any special instructions and you are out when the courier arrives, they will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or how to collect in person.

Deliveries by our couriers are covered by our insurance but only until the consignee has signed for them on delivery. Please carefully check the package for damage, tampering or shortages before signing the delivery note.  We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit if you have signed for the goods.

PLEASE NOTE - We recommend that you delay booking any tradesmen to complete work that is dependent on our delivery until you have received and checked the products.  Issues with delivery can occasionally occur and Brassworks cannot be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss caused by a failed delivery.

 

*Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need something on a specific day please call us and we will let you know an estimated arrival date.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery

If we have dispatched your order and we are unable to deliver the parcel the delivery driver will leave a card explaining how and when you can arrange to collect your items. Please arrange to do this as soon as you can to avoid your parcel being returned to Brassworks. The delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

 

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 there may be some disruptions to the normal delivery and postal services. This is beyond our control, thank you for your patience.

 

Collection from our Showroom

If you would like to collect the order from our showroom, you can choose this option on the delivery page. Your order will be ready for collection within 2 days of the order.
