The 2mm Intumescent Pack for Euro Sash Locks is a fire protection kit that lines the mortice for a Euro profile sash lock in a fire door. Made from a graphite-based material, it insulates the lock body and expands under heat, helping the door keep its fire performance at the lock.
Fit it with the corresponding Euro sash lock for fire door compliance. The material activates at 180 degrees and grows to many times its original volume, filling the rebate and any voids. The 2mm thickness can be used on FD30 and FD60 doors and is 3rd party accredited.
