The Zoo Hardware 13.8V DC 1 Amp switch mode power supply is a full current load unit for powering access control equipment such as maglocks, electric strikes and exit buttons. It is offered in two housing options, a large hinged housing or a small box, so the unit can be matched to the space available on site.
A switch mode power supply converts mains power into a regulated low-voltage DC output for access control hardware. Add up the current draw of every lock and accessory on the circuit before choosing a unit, and have it installed by a competent electrician.
