The Zoo Hardware multi purpose relay board is a 67 x 50mm relay module that accepts a 9-30V AC or DC supply. It is used in access control, door entry and security installations to let one device switch another, for example a controller operating a lock, gate, sounder or light.
The relay switches a separate circuit from a control signal, keeping the two circuits apart. The wide 9-30V AC/DC input range means one board can be used across many systems, and the compact size allows it to be fitted inside an enclosure with other equipment.
