The Formani One PBL20P236SFC is a solid unsprung lever handle on a latch backplate, from the One series by Dutch architectural hardware brand Formani, designed by Piet Boon. Sold as a pair, it is for internal doors fitted with a mortice latch, such as living rooms, bedrooms and hallways.
The latch backplate has no keyhole or cylinder hole, giving a plain plate on both faces of the door. As the lever is unsprung, it suits a mortice latch with a spring strong enough to return the lever.
