From The Anvil Hinton Espagnolette Window Handle - Right Hand - Polished Nickel

The Hinton espagnolette window handle is a right-hand window handle inspired by classic Georgian designs, part of the Period collection. It is forged from solid brass with hand-finished decoration, and its slim fixing plate allows fitting to almost any window, including uPVC and timber.

The handle is handed: viewed from inside, a window hinged on the right needs this right-hand version. It has a 7mm² x 40mm spindle, locks by grub screw and suits an espagnolette gearbox and window lock. Supplied with matching SS M5 screws.

About the Polished Nickel finish

Polished Nickel is an excellent choice for those looking for a bright, reflective finish with warmth. This extremely versatile finish is best suited to contemporary interiors, but can also work well in more traditional settings due to its warm calming undertones. The Polished Nickel is a high quality chrome plating applied to solid brass. The subtle brassy undertones of this finish are a result of only one plating being applied, which offer a warmth that cannot be replicated with more modern, cooler chrome finishes.

Care and maintenance

We advise against the use of chemicals, and other harsh cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the plated finish. An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements. To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using the ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
