The Sash Window Eye Lift is a ring-style lift fitted to the bottom rail of a sash window, giving a secure hold to raise and lower the lower sash. Lifts are usually fitted in pairs, one towards each side, and this design is made to match the rest of the sash window furniture in the collection.
It has a 44mm x 20mm fixing plate and projects 35mm from the sash. The lift is sold singly, so order two for a typical window, and it is supplied with matching SS wood screws.

About the Satin Chrome finish
Satin Chrome is a beautifully understated, more subtle alternative to some of the polished finishes; its cool, blue traces and less reflective appearance make it a favourable choice for modern homes and interiors, yet it also works well in period properties where a contemporary touch is desired. Manufactured from a base of solid brass with a high quality chrome plating applied to its surface, the Satin Chrome products are brushed with a satin wheel during the final stages of manufacturing, giving them their distinctive, matt appearance, before a high quality matt lacquer is applied to the surface for protection.
Care and maintenance
We advise against the use of chemicals, and other harsh cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the plating. An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements. To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using the ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
