The Cottage lever door handle on a lock backplate (unsprung) is a pair of levers for internal and external doors with a key-operated sash lock. From a traditional range suited to cottages and period homes, it relies on the spring of the lock to return the lever.
The set includes two lever lock handles for use with a 5 lever BS sash lock on 57mm centres. Matching stainless steel wood screws are supplied, and latch, Euro and bathroom versions are available in the Cottage range.

About the Black finish
The classic Black finish is the perfect choice for those looking to make a bold statement. This finish is best suited to traditional properties and interiors, and looks fantastic when paired with neutral colourways and natural materials such as timber, stone and tile. The Black products have a distinctive, subtle sheen; hand forged from mild steel this finish are extremely low maintenance, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability as a result of being powder coated, then baked in a high temperature oven during the final stages of manufacturing. An extremely low maintenance finish, ideal for use in kitchens and bathrooms, or externally where damp conditions are expected.

An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements. To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using the ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation. For any minor scratches that may occur with general wear and tear of your product, we offer a durable ‘Black Touch Up Paint’ (73101) if required.
