From The Anvil Newbury Espagnolette Window Handle - Left Hand - Aged Bronze

The Newbury Espagnolette Window Handle (left hand) brings the slim, slender Newbury design to windows fitted with an espagnolette locking system. Weighty and hardwearing, it suits a wide range of property types, and its slim fixing plate means it can be fitted to any type of window, including uPVC and timber.

The handle is handed: viewed from inside, a window hinged on the left needs a left hand handle. It has a 7mm² x 40mm spindle, locks by grub screw and works with an espagnolette gearbox and window lock. Matching SS M5 screws are supplied.

About the Aged Bronze finish

Aged Bronze is a versatile finish that's equally suited to interiors featuring lighter shades for bold contrast, or darker hues for a more subtle aesthetic. One of the most popular finishes favoured for its dark, matte richness with distinctive warm undertones unlike any other finish in the range. The Aged Bronze products are made using solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. The process used to age the metal is what gives it a dark, dramatic appearance, before a durable matt lacquer is applied during the final stages of manufacturing to help protect and preserve its distinctive tones.

Care and maintenance

We advise against the use of chemicals, and other harsh cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the lacquer. An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements. To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using the ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
