The Square Concealed Euro Escutcheon is a keyhole cover for doors fitted with a Euro profile lock and Euro cylinder. A simple square cover hides the cylinder opening, giving a contemporary edge to a traditional product, and it measures 53mm x 53mm with an 8mm thickness.
The escutcheon is designed to complement the mortice knob and lever on rose designs in the collection, so it can be matched to the door handles. It is used with a Euro profile lock in conjunction with a Euro cylinder and is supplied with matching stainless steel wood screws.

About the Burnished Brass finish
Burnished Brass is an excellent choice for those wanting to add subtle luxury to their home interiors. Offering warmth without over dominating, this timeless finish complements a range of colours, and looks especially stunning when paired with paler shades. Hand forged from a base of solid brass, Burnished Brass is an excellent example of how the unique manufacturing techniques add further intrigue to the natural charm of the base material. Each product undergoes an accelerated ageing process, creating a dark patina before being placed into barrelling machines, giving them the beautiful burnished finish. During the final stages of manufacturing, a high quality, clear matt lacquer is applied for protection.
Care and maintenance
We advise against the use of chemicals, and other harsh cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the lacquer. Products should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth and wiped over with a wax-based furniture polish like the 'Maintenance Wax' (33002) to offer some protection. To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using the ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
