The Prestbury sash window hook fastener secures the meeting rails of a sliding sash window, with a hook that swings into a keep to hold the sashes together. Its thin fixing keep makes it ideal for windows with a narrow top rail, and it suits both period and replacement timber sash windows.

The fastener can be locked in place by way of a grub screw. It is designed to match the Prestbury door and cabinet furniture, so windows and doors can be finished in the same style. Supplied with matching stainless steel wood screws.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using the ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
