The Vier spare forend and strike pack is a replacement forend and matching strike plate to suit the Vier DIN sashlock and bathroom lock, in a square-ended profile. It is used to finish a case-only lock body, to change the look of an existing lock to match other door hardware, or to replace a worn or damaged forend.
Choose the square profile to match the shape of the recess cut in the door edge and frame: radius for rounded router cuts, square for chiselled or square-cut recesses. The catalogue notes that these packs are not compatible with the ZDL range of DIN locks and latches.
